Registration is now open for Fall 2024 classes!
(Please note: There will be no classes on the following dates & holidays. (9/2, 10/18, 11/11, 11/25-11/29, 12/23/2024-1/10/2025)
REGISTRATION:
We offer 3 easy ways to register for Community Education Classes.
BY PHONE: Using Visa or MasterCard only. Call (559) 248-5780 (During office hours)
IN PERSON: Walk into the Community Education Office located at Cesar Chavez Adult Education Center: 2500 Stanislaus, Fresno, 93721 during the office hours of Monday - Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm.
ONLINE: Log on to fas.asapconnected.com It’s easy, secure, and quick! (Visa or MasterCard accepted)
Registration will close 4 working days prior to the class start date to ensure minimum registration will allow for the class to occur. If the class lacks the minimum enrollment, students will be contacted. Please register early to secure your space.
DISCOUNTS:
Our Community Education program offers the following discounts.
Senior Discount on selected classes (notated in description) = 50% off
Requires valid state ID or DL to confirm
Fresno Unified School District Employee Discount on any class = 20% off
Requires valid employee ID card to confirm employment status
In Person registration is required to have discount applied.
REFUND POLICY:
School initiated class cancellation: Your class tuition will be credited to your account or refunded. Each invoice is charged a $4 non-refundable registration fee.
Student initiated class cancellation: A class tuition credit request must be received in writing to the Community Ed Office prior to the first-class meeting or by the listed registration deadline, if any.

A $20 processing fee will be deducted from the issued class credit. Class credit for online registration will be issued back to your FAS Community Education account, minus $20. There are no refunds for student-initiated class cancellations. The registration fee is non-refundable. Each invoice is charged a $4 non-refundable registration fee.
ABOUT FRESNO ADULT SCHOOL COMMUNITY EDUCATION PROGRAM:
Fresno Adult School's Community Education program receives no federal or state funding. Students pay a class fee to cover the direct costs of instruction. There may be an additional fee for supplies or materials.
Many classes are open to youth. Email the individual instructor if you'd like more detailed information about the class, you are interested in.
